Updated: Paella is drowned in sauce and cold rice, so we asked for a refund and they begrudgingly accepted. As they gave the refund they couldn't work out how to do it for card so they gave cash, but in the incorrect amount. The waiters allocated tables then let others sit at them and asked us to wait again for another table. Very Dissapointed.

I've been eating Nandos for a long time. The Werribee plaza Nandos is the worst I've had. Either pick a different restaurant or go to the Nandos in Werribee, Point Cook or Sanctuary lakes.
